Business email for your domain; I like having my professional @pipermache.com email account. It’s part of my brand and it builds branding authority and trust

Finances; I keep everything in a Google Sheet. I don’t have any fancy booking software. My business is small enough that I can keep all of my financial data in a spreadsheet and send that off to my CPA when it comes time for taxes.

Client Communication; I use Google Meets for all of my video conferences. I used Zoom, but I was able to cut on that expense by switching to Google Meets. I like that it’s already integrated with my calendar, so all I have to do is click on add Google Meets to my event and it’s all done.

Training Videos; I have been able to record some of my Google Meets Video and use it on my YouTube Channel or Client Training sites as evergreen content.

Calendar; I’ve been a fan of Google Calendar for the longest time and I like how it integrates really well with my personal calendar. I keep track of all my meetings and tasks on it.

Chats; I use Google Chats to collaborate with other designers. It’s so simple and easy. We can communicate quickly without having to schedule time with each other. I usually have it organized by project so we keep it all in the same space to help keep us organized.

Collecting Feedback; I use Google Forms all the time to collect feedback and content from my clients on specific things.

Collecting Content; I use Google Drive to collect content for each project. I have a template for copyright and folders for different images I will need for each project.

Some other perks;

Access from any location or device; Check emails, share files, edit documents, hold video meetings and more, whether you’re at work, at home or on the move. You can pick up where you left off from a computer, tablet or phone.

Enterprise-level management tools; Robust admin settings give you total command over users, devices, security and more.
