Each plan starts with a 1 hour digital strategy session to map out your goals. Weâll decide on the best course of action so you maximize the value and impact of your plan.

ARE THERE SET-UP OR CANCELLATION FEES?
Nope.
A minimum 3 month commitment. After that, you are in full control of your subscription, and you can cancel at any time. You are also free to âpauseâ your service as necessary, with the understanding that I'll be able to accommodate renewed service only as my schedule allows.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
DOES MY TIME ROLL OVER EACH MONTH?
No, your time does not roll over. You will, however receive monthly automated reminders about your plan to encourage use.
HOW FAST WILL YOU HANDLE REQUESTS?
As you know, Iâm pretty quick. As an SOS client, you will automatically be first in line compared to clients who arenât on the plan.

CAN I USE THIS FOR A NEW WEBSITE?
DO YOU HELP WITH IT ISSUES?
Only as they relate directly to your Showit website and account. Trouble shooting issues with external tools like email providers (ex. MailChimp), or other external tools and services is not my area of expertise. You will be best served by a tech VA for those types of issues.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED MORE HOURS IN A MONTH?
Additional hours are billed at the reduced hourly rate of $100. You'll always be notified before any additional charges are incurred.
Yes, you can change your plan level at any time. Changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
CAN I UPGRADE OR DOWNGRADE MY PLAN?

DO YOU PROVIDE CONTENT WRITING SERVICES?
While I can help with content editing and optimization, full content writing services are not included. I can recommend trusted content writers if needed.
Standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm EST. Response times are calculated within these hours.
